I bought this tent to spend summer weekends camping with my son who is five years old. I was happy with how easy it is to use. However we went camping one weekend, and it rained. Needless to say it did not stop us from getting wet. Then tent should only be used as a child toy, or for campers who do not really intend to sleep in it. I tried to return this tent. I want a tent with the ability to keep its inhabitants dry in rainy weather at night. Because no one can be 100% sure of the weather. Do not buy if you live in an area where it tends to rain on occasion. Total let down. Since I can not return the tent is is now my son's new expensive toy. I would not buy this again for anyone I know. Thank you.

This is the kind of camping I'm talking about in 2010- i was done setting up my tent when all my friends were still futzing around w/ their poles. This pop-up tent is just amazing, so easy to use and feels nothing less than a 'normal' tent once up. It was a little challenging to figure out the right way to assemble it back into it's small circle, but once I got the hang of it, it's simple. I highly recommend!

Wow, camping set-up used to take forever with all the pins and metal poles. This is like one of those playhut kids' climb-through toys. All you do is release the belt and it flops all the way open and voila! it's done. It's the getting it back closed that's the tough part, but once you get used to that, it is easy too.
